The School of Sciences, Mathematics and Public Health Recognizes Achievements of Students, Alumni and Faculty

The School of Sciences, Mathematics and Public Health (SSMPH) would like to take the opportunity to congratulate a current SSMPH Scholar, two (recent graduates) Class of 2021 SSMPH Scholars, and one of their faculty members.

惭蝉.听Drina Cooper聽(Biology) has been selected as a Research Fellow for the聽2021 Davidson Research Initiative鈥檚 (DRI) Summer Research Program聽补迟听Davidson College. Ms. Cooper has also been offered a summer research internship in the Laboratory for Analytic Sciences 补迟听North Carolina State University.

 

 

 

 

惭蝉.听Ciani Bradley聽(Biology, 2021 graduate) has been accepted into the聽Biological & Biomedical Sciences MS Degree Program聽补迟听North Carolina Central University聽for Fall 2021 Class. She has also been accepted into the聽MS Degree Program in Biomedical Sciences聽补迟听Liberty University.

 

 

 

 

惭蝉.听Joi Bennett聽(Engineering Mathematics, 2021 graduate) has been selected to participate in the聽MS Program in Computer Science听补苍诲听MS Program in Data Science and Engineering, both 补迟听North Carolina A&T State University聽for the Fall 2021 Semester.

 

 

 

 

 

顿谤.听Kelcy Walker Pope聽(w/input from Prof. April McCoy) is the recipient of a Pfizer award for聽$2,500.聽We hope it鈥檚 the beginning of a strong and long-term partnership with the large pharmaceutical company.
