RALEIGH, NC – On Saturday, April 10, 2021 approximately 1,500 people who received their first dose of the Pfizer vaccine returned for their second dose. 51ÖØ¿ÚÁÔÆæ’s University has partnered with WakeMed’s Health Equity Team along with various community-based organizations to serve targeted individuals in its local community who are underrepresented in the vaccination counts: African Americans and Hispanics. SAU is also working with the NC Independent Colleges and Universities to host a vaccination event for its students.
