51ÖØ¿ÚÁÔÆæâ€™s University COVID-19 Update September 28, 2021

The health and safety of the 51ÖØ¿ÚÁÔÆæâ€™s University community is our number one priority. Since opening the campus for the Fall 2021 semester, the University has been engaged in promoting and following the CDC mandated COVID-19 guidelines. As a part of our ongoing efforts to protect the welfare of our campus community, classes will be offered in a virtual learning environment from September 29 – October 5, 2021. In-person classes will resume on October 6th. Staff will continue to come to work on site but until further notice all meetings will be held virtually.

Please be advised, as a part of our ongoing measures to maintain a safe environment we will require the entire University community to adhere to the following:

  • Wear masks at all times
  • Maintain social distancing
  • Wash hands frequently
  • No visitors will be allowed on campus
  • No visitation between residence hallsÌý
  • Dining services will maintain regular operating hours

Everyone is reminded that students, staff and faculty should continue to participate in regular testing and vaccination events as per the schedule:

Testing Dates

  • September 29 (8 a.m. – Noon and 1-5 p.m., Emery Gym)
  • October 4,6,11,13,18,20,25,27 (8 a.m. – Noon, Emery Gym)
  • November 1,3,8,10,15,17,22,24 (8 a.m. – Noon, Emery Gym)

Vaccination DatesÌý(9 a.m. – 4 p.m., Emery Gym)

  • October 5-6
  • November 2-3
  • December 1-2
